Abstract

This study focuses on the leadership of female Madrasah Heads in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nahdlatul Ulama and Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Roudlotus Salamah, Pasuruan City. The leadership of female Madrasah Principals has a different Charismatic, Mission, Religious Social Role in Leading and Managing their Madrasah, The Purpose is to Describe and Analyze the Charismatic, Mission, and Social Religious Role of Female Madrasah Heads. This research is interesting to do considering the Variety of Potentials and Advantages of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nahdlatul Ulama (MI.NU) and Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Roudlotus Salamah (MI.ROSA) Pasuruan City.        This research uses a qualitative approach, while the type of this research is a case study with a multi-site design, by exploring in depth the leadership of the female head of madrasah at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nahdlatul Ulama (MI.NU) and Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Roudlotus Salamah (MI.ROSA) Pasuruan City. Data collection methods used are Observation, Interview and Documentation.          This study found that the leadership of female Madrasah Heads in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nahdlatul Ulama and Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Roudlotus Salamah, Pasuruan City. can be categorized as having significant progress in terms of both quantity and quality. This success is due to the character of women's leadership in two ways, namely Process Flexibility and Performance Based. Based on Process Flexibility, Women's Leadership is Generally More Flexible. Based on Performance, Work is Done Carefully, Thoroughly (Details), On Time.
