Abstract

Progress from each bank is viewed from the hierarchy as an employee's ability to find a strategic opportunity to pull the target by identifying a marketing figure. Then it is an open secret that the introduction of such consumer products and interests can thrive through the officer. The European Union would not only be required to run its multiplication asa markater but also be focused on how to increase the quality of the bank, starting with increased customer loyalty. Researchers use a fieldqualitative approach, as for the method used are the methods of interviews, observation, and documentation. The marketing role of the officer applied to the ganding branch BPRS indicates that officers are arms and legs of a BPRS Bank, from the results of which the officer-officer's role increases the quality of the system and so on, since officers at the BPRS bank only become a year into early 2021, into the team-taking system too, However, no matter how much is required of any longtime or new customers in the joint bank, no doubt no matter how much work is being done by the corporate authorities.
