Abstract

Competition in today's business world is increasingly ketat. this also perceived by business people in the field of trade as a business owner in UD. Cita Rasa. UD.Cita Rasa is a wholesale snack foods and drinks that are in their business development megetahui Sempidi Denpasar. for then UD. Cita Rasa Sense should know the factors that affect customer satisfaction.                This study aims to analyze how much influence sales service quality to customer satisfaction according to Islamic economic perspective. The sampling method used is Convinience Sampling.Sampel in this study were 100 customers of UD.Cita Rasa Sempidi Denpasar and then conducted an analysis of the data obtained using the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data. Quantitative analysis includes: validity, reliability, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing via t test, qualitative analysis is the interpretation of the data obtained in the study and the results of data processing that has been carried out by giving a description and explanation.                The results showed that the quality of service provided by UD. Cita Rasa is in terms of the performance of the employees at UD. Cita Rasa In the form of services inside and outside the shop. It can be seen from the results of multiple regression analysis that: Y = 0.196 X1 + 0.721 X2. Quality of service (X1) and Sales Marketing (X2) has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. The Customer will feel satisfied if they regard it as a king in the purchase. And also because a good service then the customer will be more and more. Because customers will be using mouth marketing, which is to promote the quality of service which is owned by UD.Cita Rasa to other consumers. UD. Cita Rasa in terms of ministry of honesty, responsible, can be believed, do not cheat, serve with Khitmah be reflected in the workers who look everyday. they work with spirit and full of smiles. But on the subject of thinking about the hereafter difficult to be seen, because most of the employees of non-Muslims. And many of its staff is a man.
