Upaya Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam Dalam Menangkal Islam Radikalisme Di Ma Yti Nguling Pasuruan
AbstractThis research is motivated by the occurrence of violent actions that originate from radical understanding. The trend that is being targeted in the dissemination of this understanding is children in their teens who are still in senior high school. Therefore, MA YTI Nguling Pasuruanhas its own policies in counteracting radicalism both from school institutions and from Islamic Religious Education Teachers.For example, studying books one week three times, requires memorizing Asmaul Husna as a condition of completeness of values and others. , with these activities will have an impact on efforts to counteract Islamic radicalism in MA YTI Nguling Pasuruan The purpose of this study was to determine the factors causing the emergence of Islamic radicalism in MA YTI Nguling Pasuruan, to find out solutions to prevent the emergence of Islamic radicalism in MA YTI Nguling Pasuruan to determine the efforts of Islamic religious education teachers in counteracting Islamic radicalism in MA YTI Nguling Pasuruan, to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in the efforts of Islamic religious education teachers to counteract Islamic radicalism at MA YTI Nguling Pasuruan. This type of research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data obtained in this study were obtained by observation, interviews, and documentation, with the data source of Islamic Religious Education Teachers and Students of MA YTI Nguling Pasuruan. Data analysis was carried out by giving meaning to the data that was collected and from this meaning conclusions can be drawn. The results of this study indicate the various efforts made by PAI teachers in counteracting radicalism which are summarized in two factors, namely internal factors, namely factors that come from oneself by frequently following lectures and so on, which are then external factors, namely external factors such as the school environment, family and the community environment does not rule out that in doing this there are several supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of these activities, supporting factors for example, the existence of adequate facilities and infrastructure as well as aspects of individual students so that it runs very effectively and the support of teachers and the school's residents. The inhibiting factor is the mental instability of students, so it is very easy to be influenced by this, which in turn is the limitation of Islamic religious education teachers in monitoring students.
