PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KOMUNIKASI TERHADAP KOMITMEN KARYAWAN DI UD. JATI DIRI KABUPATEN PAMEKASAN
Abstract
This research aims: 1) To determine the effect simultaneously on independent variables include: job satisfaction (X1) and communication (X2) on the dependent variable employee commitment in UD. Jati Diri Pamekasan (Y); 2) To determine the partial effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable; and 3) To determine the dominant influence of the independent variables between job satisfaction and communication to employee commitment in UD. Jati Diri Pamekasan. This type of research is explanatory research which explains the relationship between one variable with another variable. This study uses a quantitative approach, the sample are 58 Employees as respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, F-test to determine the effect simultaneously and t-test to determine the effect partially.
