Abstract

Islamic banks have a wide range of products, either in the form of goods or services. Islamic Banking Giro attijary has become popular among customers who have companies, foundations or cooperatives called non-individuals and there are individual customers. This attijary current account is one of the products available at Bank Muamalat Indonesia Sumenep Sub-Branch Office, where attijary current account is a demand deposit that uses a wadi'ah contract or pure deposit belonging to the customer. To find out more about the phenomena that exist in this study, the researchers used a descriptive qualitative research method approach which went directly to the field. There are several methods used, namely, interviews, documentation and observation. With the methods used, researchers will obtain analysis to obtain information and data. There are several factors that attract customers to the Islamic banking giro attijary product, namely the ease of transactions, attijary current accounts are deposited funds, an online CMS (Cash Management Service) feature has been provided, free to fill large amounts of balance. According to the researcher's review, these are the factors that attract customers. However, in product management, there are several things that Bank Muamalat must do before getting customers when using current accounts, namely Bank Muamalat will check prospective customers to avoid DHN (National Black List).
