ANALISIS ASPEK TEKNIS DAN OPERASIONAL PADA UMKM LEGEN DITINJAU DARI STUDI KELAYAKAN BISNIS

Abstract

The performance of UMKM is the result of the work obtained by UMKM at a certain time that is combined with a single measure or criterion to harmonize with the functions of the UMKM. This study aims to analyze the performance of the Legen UMKM by applying a business feasibility study reviewed from its technical and operational aspects using descriptive qualitative methods. This research wants to know more about the factors that are the key contributors to the success or failure of UMKM Legen, especially in terms of its technical capabilities and operational efficiency. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach by conducting interviews to related objects namely UMKM Legen in the village of Dalegan district of Gresik. The data collected will be analyzed to identify the technical and operational aspects of Legen. The findings of this study indicate that UMKM Legen is already in line with the business feasibility study seen from the technical aspects and its operations proven from the production and management processes that are very attentive the demand for raw materials, labour, and facilities supports the optimum amount of production capacity.
