The Correlation Between Classroom Teacher Leadership as Extracurricular Coach Against Learning Outcomes at SD Islam Cendikia Faiha Palembang

Abstrak

This study discusses the relationship between classroom teacher leadership as extracurricular coaches and teacher professionalism on student learning outcomes at SD Islam Cendikia Faiha Palembang. The purpose of this study was to find out how classroom teacher leadership as extracurricular coaches affects student learning outcomes. To find out how the professionalism of class teachers on student learning outcomes. To find out how the correlation between classroom teacher leadership as extracurricular coaches and teacher professionalism affects student learning outcomes. This research uses quantitative methods. The data used is observation, documentation, and questionnaires with data analysis techniques using product moment correlation analysis. The population in this study were all class teachers who were extracurricular coaches at Cendikia Faiha Islamic Elementary School. This study used a saturated sampling technique, in which all members of the population were used as samples in this study. The results of the study stated that the relationship between class teacher leadership as an extracurricular coach on learning outcomes showed a positive relationship with a moderate/sufficient correlation coefficient of 0.57. The relationship between teacher professionalism and learning outcomes shows a positive relationship with a moderate/sufficient correlation coefficient of 0.53. The positive relationship between classroom teacher leadership as extracurricular coaches and teacher professionalism on student learning outcomes with a double correlation Fcount (7.78) is greater than Ftable (3.89). The results of the data analysis show that there is a significant relationship between classroom teacher leadership as extracurricular coaches and teacher professionalism on student learning outcomes for the 2022-2023 academic year.
