(Studi Multisitus di SMPN 28 Gresik & SMP UDKP Kedamean Gresik) PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM BERWAWASAN MODERASI BERAGAMA
Abstract
This study explores Islamic Religious Education emphasizing religious moderation as an approach to instilling moral values and tolerance in students. This multisite study was conducted at SMPN 28 Gresik and SMP UDKP Kedamean Gresik, where both schools actively play a role in shaping students' Islamic and moral values. The method used is qualitative, with a field study approach involving interviews, observations, and documentation. The study results show that values of tolerance and nationalism can be integrated through activities such as flag ceremonies, prayer recitations, and celebrations of national and religious holidays. Supporting and inhibiting factors in this educational process include the environment, infrastructure, as well as the role of parents and the influence of social media..
