Abstract

This research is aimed at finding out the increase in student enthusiasm in the Fiqh learning process at MI Al - Mujahidin Telagasari class 5, totaling 38 students using the Amtsal Method which can stimulate students' imagination through illustrations. The approach used in this research is a qualitative and quantitative approach. Classroom Action Research (CAR) goes through several stages and 2 cycles including; planning (plan), observation (observe), implementation (action), and reflection (reflection). Data was collected through observation and interviews. The results of this research show that the use of the amtsal method in the Fiqh teaching process can significantly increase student enthusiasm. Through the implementation of the amtsal method, students can understand the material, pillars, differences between Hajj and Umrah, as well as procedures for carrying out the Umrah pilgrimage. With high enthusiasm, it also has a good impact on a high level of understanding.
