KREASI SENAM CERIA BERBASIS GERAK DAN LAGU UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MOTORIK KASAR SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR
Abstract
The focus of this research is how to implement cheerful exercise based on movements and songs to improve elementary school students' gross motor skills. This article uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach, then the results are presented in the form of words and sentences. The data sources in this research were class I students at SD Negeri 14 Cakranegara as primary data and some printed evidence or documentation as secondary data. The data collection methods are interviews, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that structured and enjoyable physical activity, such as cheerful gymnastics accompanied by music, can provide significant benefits for children's motor and cognitive development. Integrating gymnastics into school routines can be an effective strategy to improve students' physical and mental well- being, which can support the learning process. Overall, cheerful exercise has a positive impact in improving students' gross motor skills, enthusiasm and focus students.
