Character education is a fundamental aspect in the world of education which aims to shape students' personalities so that they have high moral, ethical and social responsibility values. This research aims to analyze the implementation of character education at SMP 6 Bengkulu City and identify factors that support and hinder its implementation. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the implementation of character education in this school has been carried out through various activities, both inside and outside the classroom, such as literacy programs, extracurricular activities, as well as a values-based approach in the learning process. However, there are still several challenges, such as lack of parental involvement and limited school resources. Therefore, synergy is needed between schools, families and communities in increasing the effectiveness of character education for students
