MODEL MIND MAPPING BERBANTUKAN IMAGE MEDIA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN ILMU PENGETAHUAN ALAM DI KELAS V SDN 79 KOTA BENGKULU
Abstract
The purpose of this research is 1.) to determine the natural science learning process using a mind mapping model assisted by image media in class V SDN 79 Bengkulu City. Data collection methods use observation, interviews and documentation. In this research, the approach used is qualitative. Qualitative research is research that produces analytical procedures that do not use statistical analysis procedures or other methods of quantification. The results of the research reveal that, when learning using the mind mapping learning model assisted by image media in natural science learning in class V in SDN 79 Bengkulu City, it has often been carried out by science teachers in class V, likewise the learning delivered by the teacher is easily accepted by students. And teachers can easily explain it to students. Apart from that, the mind mapping model with the help of image media is very effective when studying in class, especially in science learning, where this learning is usually more dominant with images. So when using mind mapping it will make it easier for students and teachers to provide material and understand the material given. However, apart from all that, we also have to adapt to the conditions of the school environment, facilities and infrastructure, as well as the learning media needed to help achieve all aspects of student development
