Abstrak
To effectively execute learning, schools need educational human resources who are both knowledgeable and possess certain abilities. The function of educational resource management in schools is crucial, particularly for educators and classroom teachers. Personnel resources in the field of education that help achieve school objectives and participate in activities and tasks that maximise the use of human resources for the betterment of both schools and society as a whole.
