Abstrak

The development of the Islamic economy is currently growing very rapidly in Indonesia, especially Islamic banking. Of course, this is due to public awareness of the bad effects of the western capitalist economy. However, the high growth of Islamic banking is not accompanied by high quality human resources. This paper tries to deepen the role of educational institutions and institutions in preparing these “human resourcesâ€. Prepared with good human resources, Islamic sharia economy will be able to exist and grow in the midst of the global economy.
