Abstrak

The application of SWOT analysis in increasing the competitiveness of tea at Ontea Stores in Ujungpagkah sub-district is a stage where the strategy is used to evaluate strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Formulation of the problem in this research How to apply SWOT analysis to increase the competitiveness of tea at the Ontea Ujungpangkah outlet and how to apply Sharia economic analysis to apply SWOT analysis to increase the competitiveness of tea at the Ontea Ujungpangkah outlet. Application is the act of applying, while according to some experts, application is the act of putting into practice a theory, method and other things to achieve certain goals. Competitiveness Competitiveness is a concept used in assessing the ability of a region or country to produce goods or products that are superior to those of other regions or countries. The method used in this research is qualitative research which takes the background of Ontea Tea in Ujungpangkah sub-district. Data collection methods through interviews and documentation. The findings from this research are a SWOT analysis carried out by activities to evaluate strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
