Abstrak

Formulation of the problem: First, what is the service strategy at the Eltech computer shop in Petung village, Panceng subdistrict, Gresik district. Second, what is the level of customer satisfaction with the service strategy at the Eltech computer shop in Petung village, Panceng sub-district, Gresik district. Third, how to analyze service strategies in increasing customer satisfaction from an Islamic economic perspective. This research aims to analyze the service strategy implemented by the Eltech Computer Store in increasing customer satisfaction from an Islamic economic perspective. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the Eltech Computer Store has implemented several service strategies which include a friendly attitude, effective communication, trustworthiness, and service guarantees. However, there are several aspects that need to be improved, such as service speed and service equipment maintenance. From an Islamic economic perspective, the service strategy implemented is in accordance with the principles of morality and maslahah which emphasize honesty, responsibility and customer welfare. In conclusion, implementing a good service strategy not only increases customer satisfaction and loyalty, but also provides a competitive advantage for Eltech Computer Stores.
