Abstract

This research focuses on the legal analysis of buying and selling chips according to contemporary Shafi'iyah jurisprudence in Kedawang Village, Pasuruan, East Java. In the era of globalization, buying and selling has become a routine activity carried out by everyone. However, not all Muslims practice proper buying and selling according to Islamic law. This research highlights the importance of understanding the provisions of Islamic law in business. In buying and selling contracts, there are harmony, legal conditions, and various types of contracts. Along with the times and technology, buying and selling transactions are increasingly diverse, including online such as Higgs Domino chips. The case of buying and selling Higgs Domino chips (online gambling games) that are popular in the community requires affirmation in this transaction. The Prophet (peace be upon him) forbade the sale and purchase of goods that contain elements of fraud. Along with the times, many online games have emerged and are favored by the public. This study will discuss the buying and selling of chips in the Domino Higgs game, which is very influential for children's development both in terms of education and character. This online game becomes a very profitable business field for some, but it can also be a tool of fraud and theft for people with bad intentions.
