Abstract

This research focuses on the views of fiqh scholars on the sale of prayer equipment in Pasar Anyar, Singaraja City, Buleleng Regency, Bali. Human beings as social beings have relationships with each other to meet physical and psychic needs. Religion provides guidance for humans in living life and is the need of every human being. In the context of Indonesia, the majority of the population is Muslim, but there are also Christians, Catholics, Hindus, Buddhists, Confucians, and other faith streams. Although various religions, every human being respects and helps each other between religious people. Fiqh aqalliyat, or minority jurisprudence, maintains the linkage of shari'a law with the dimensions of a community, such as Muslim minority societies in the West. In relations between Muslims and non-Muslims, there is attachment in life, including in buying and selling. However, Islam does not allow Muslims to assist in the worship of non-Muslims. This study will discuss more about the role of Muslims as sellers and non-Muslims as buyers in the context of selling prayer tools.
