Abstract

In Arabic, the teaching methods include 'istima' (mendengar), 'kalam' (berbicara), 'qiro'ah' (membaca), and 'kitabah' (menulis). These methods aim to improve students' abilities in Arabic. The importance of Arabic language learning lies in its ability to provide a sense of belonging, purpose, and interest to others. One way to help students succeed in learning Arabic is through using innovative teaching models such as mind mapping, problem-solving, cooperative, integrated reading, and quantum learning. Quantum learning is an innovative teaching method that encourages students by focusing on dynamic interactions within the classroom with interaction that fosters learning. This approach helps in the optimal development of human potential through easy, engaging, and enjoyable learning experiences.   This research aims to improve the ability to speak Arabic (maharah kalam) in Madrasah Aliyah Ibnu Sina through the application of the Quantum Learning model. Facing the challenge of low motivation and monotonous learning experiences, Quantum Learning was adopted to create a dynamic and enjoyable learning environment. The proposed workshop integrates conversational videos and interactive activities to enrich the learning experience and enhance students' interest and speaking skills in Arabic. The mentoring method includes needs identification, planning, workshop implementation, and implementation of Quantum Learning practices. The expected outcome is an increase in students' understanding of this learning model, learning motivation, and language proficiency, which will contribute to a more effective learning environment at MA Ibnu Sina.
