Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement
Al-Insyiroh: Jurnal Studi Keislaman is a journal published twice a year in print and online by LP3M STAI Darul Hikmah Bangkalan. This statement explains the ethical behavior of all parties involved in publishing articles in this journal, including authors, editorial boards, bestari partners, and publishers.
Publishing Code of Conduct
Publishing articles in Al-Insyiroh: Jurnal Studi Keislaman is a direct reflection of the quality of work of the authors and supporting institutions. The articles reviewed support and contain scientific methods. Therefore, it is important to agree on standards of expected ethical behavior for all parties involved in publishing, namely: authors, journal editorial boards, bestari partners, publishers, and the public. In addition, we are committed to ensuring that all articles published are free or free of charge so that they do not have an impact or influence on editorial decisions, and are also committed to helping communication with journal managers and / or other publishers if deemed useful and necessary.
Decision of Issuance
Editorial in Board Al-Insyiroh: Jurnal Studi Keislaman is responsible for deciding which articles to submit must be published. The validation of the work and its significance for researchers and readers must always drive the decision. Of course, guided by the policies of the journal editorial board and limited by legal provisions as must be upheld regarding defamation, copyright infringement, and plagiarism. The editorial board can negotiate with other editors or the assessment team in making this decision.
Fair Treatment
The Editorial Board always evaluates texts based on their intellectual content regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, ethnic origin, citizenship or political philosophy of the writers.
Confidentiality
The editorial board may not disclose any information about the manuscript submitted to anyone other than writers, expert editors, bestari partners, and publishers.
Notification and Conflict of Interest
Unpublished material disclosed in the submitted manuscript may not be used in the editor's own research without the express written consent of the author.
Contribution to Editorial Decisions
The assessment of bestari partners helps the editorial board in making editorial decisions and through editorial communication with the author can also help the writer perfect his writing.
Confidentiality
Every text received for evaluation must be treated as a confidential document. The document must not be shown or discussed with anyone unless authorized by the editorial board.
Objectivity Standards
The assessment must be done objectively. Personal criticism of the author is not justified. Assessors must state their views clearly with supporting arguments.
Originality and Plagiarism
Writers must ensure that they have written works that are entirely original, and that they have quoted correctly when using the work and / or words of others.
Multiple, Repetitive or Concurrent Publishing
An author in general must not publish manuscripts that essentially explain the same research in more than one journal or major publication. Submitting the same text to more than one journal simultaneously is unethical and unacceptable behavior.
Authorship Writing
Authorship must be limited to those who make important contributions to the conception, design, execution or interpretation of studies reported. All people who make important contributions must be listed as joint authors. If other people participate in certain important aspects of the research project, they must be recognized or listed as contributors. The right writer must ensure that all appropriate joint authors are included in the writing, and that all joint authors have seen and agreed to the final version of the article and have agreed to submit it for publication.
A fundamental error in the published work
If a writer finds meaningful errors or inaccuracies in his publications, it is the author's obligation to immediately notify the editor or publisher of the journal and work with the editorial board to retract or correct the writing.

This journal is published by Institute for Research and Community Service (LP3M) Islamic College Darul Hikmah Bangkalan Madura. Journal published twice a year, every March and September. This journal contains conceptual articles and research result report about Islamic Studies which include: Al-Quran Studies, Hadith Studies, Islamic Law and Politics, Education, Islamic Education, Islamic Thought, Economics, Islamic Economics, and Islamic Social and Culture
