SYAIKHUNA: Jurnal Pendidikan dan Pranata Islam immediately provides open access to all articles on the principle that making research freely available to the public; supporting greater global knowledge exchange; and an invaluable way to maximize the visibility and impact of research, particularly in the field of education and Islamic Institutions.
This means:

- Everyone has free and unrestricted access to the full text of all articles published in the journal SYAIKHUNA (Journal of Islamic Education and Institutions);
- Everyone is free to reuse published material if proper accreditation/citation of the original publication is given;
- Opens up opportunities for potential benefits to society, this can raise the profile of the author's research;

Open access publications are supported by the author's institution or research funding agency by payment of a relatively free Article Processing Charge (APC) for accepted articles.
