Nilai-nilai Pendidikan Islam dalam Tradisi Tahlilan Sebagai Harmoni Sosial Masyarakat Sudimoro Megaluh Jombang
Abstract
This study aims to describe the values ​​of Islamic education in the Tahlilan tradition as a form of social harmony in the Sudimoro Megaluh Jombang community.
This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection methods of observation and documentation. The data analysis is using content analysis.
The results showed that the values ​​of Islamic education contained in the Tahlilan tradition were to get ridlo from Allah SWT. According to the majority of the villagers, Sudimoro stated that giving a meal is an alms recommended by Islam whose reward is given to people who have died and as ikramud dla`if. In a sociological context, this tahlilan ritual is a tool to strengthen social solidarity, meaning a tool to strengthen the balance of the community in Sudimoro village, namely creating a socio-harmonious situation, tolerance among participants, and taking turns helping each other to give blessings (prayer) which will be addressed to families who are in need. already dead.
