Strategi Lembaga Pendidikan Da’watul Islamiyah dalam Meningkatkan Brand Image Melalui Kegiatan Haflatul Imtihan (Studi Kasus Dusun Nong Pote Desa Pragaan Daya Pragaan Sumenep)

Abstract

Haflatul Imtihan not only as tradition at Da’watul Islamiyah institutions, but also as strategy to increase the institution’s brand imageby involving the local society and students’ parents in various types of activities carried out. This study used descriptive qualitative research. The results of the research are: 1) Teamwork (committee) involving the caretaker, head master, teachers and the student’s parents since the beginning.  2) The performance of many competitions. 3) The performance  of  theater Abdhi, distribution of learning outcomes report and prize to all competition’s winners. 4) General religious lecture, 5) People's Party. The people's party is the closing day of all activities that entertained by various traditional musical instruments, such as a student parade (carnival), accompanied by can-macanan, pancak silat, ul-daul, drum band, tong-tong serek. The Supporting Factors for Haflatul Imtihan activities include: 1) the involvement of students’ parents. 2) sponsors’ fund. While  inhibiting factors are: 1) Limited fund that caused competition changed. 2) The undisciplined during competitions. Kegiatan haflatul imtihan bukan lagi hanya dijadikan sebagai tradisi di lembaga pendidikan Da’watul islamiyah namun juga dijadikan Strategi untuk meningkatkan Brand Image lembaganya dengan caramelibatkan masyarakat dan wali murid dalam berbagai jenis kegiatan yang dilaksanakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif.Dengan hasil penelitianantara lain: 1) Kerjasama team (Panitia) yang sejak perencanaannya melibatkan pengasuh, kepala sekolah, jajaran dewan guru dan wali murid. 2) Penampilan berbagai jenis lomba,. 3) Penampilan Teater Abdhi sekaligus pembagian rapor dan pemberian hadiah lomba pemenang 4) Pengajian umum Keagamaan, 5) Pesta Rakyat. Pesta rakyat adalah hari penutupan semua kegiatan. Yang dimeriahkan oleh berbagai macam hiburan/alat musik tradisional, seperti pawai siswa-siswi, yang diiringi dengan can-macanan, pancak silat, ul-daul, drum band, tong-tong serek. Adapun Faktor Pendukung kegiatan haflatul imtihan meliputi: 1) peran wali murid. 2) dukungan dari sponsor. Sedangkan yang menjadi faktor penghambat ialah: 1)Dana, dengan keterbatasan dana banyak kegiatan yang direncanakan meriah menjadi sederhana. 2) Ketidakdisiplinan siswa ketika lomba.
