Abstract

Objective of this article is to depict a conceptual system that appears the relationship of factors of authority, culture, technique, and execution. The article displayed a few hypothetical concepts of Organizational Behavior, Organizational Culture, Administration, and Vital Administration. At last, a few conceivable investigate objective watching the relationship of factors of authority, culture, technique, and execution are profoundly anticipated to create the objective of the study. Tujuan  artikel ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kerangka  konseptual yang menjelaskan hubungan antara variabel kepemimpinan, budaya, strategi, dan kinerja.   Artikel ini memperkenalkan beberapa konsep teoritis di bidang perilaku organisasi, budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan, dan manajemen strategis.  Pada akhirnya, beberapa tujuan penelitian yang mengamati  hubungan antara variabel kepemimpinan, budaya, strategi, dan kinerja  diharapkan dapat mengembangkan tujuan penelitian.
