Tujuan  artikel ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kerangka  konseptual yang menjelaskan hubungan antara variabel kepemimpinan, budaya, strategi, dan kinerja.   Artikel ini memperkenalkan beberapa konsep teoritis di bidang perilaku organisasi, budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan, dan manajemen strategis.  Pada akhirnya, beberapa tujuan penelitian yang mengamati  hubungan antara variabel kepemimpinan, budaya, strategi, dan kinerja  diharapkan dapat mengembangkan tujuan penelitian.
