Analisis Game Berhadiah Pada Fitur Shopee Tanam Perspektif Fiqh Muamalah

Abstract

Ju'alah is a contract to get wages that are strongly suspected to be obtained. If someone can finish it, then he is entitled to a reward or prize. Human activities as creators, developers and users of information and communication technology are currently leading to something that makes it easier for the users themselves. One of them that utilizes this internet media is e-commerce shopee. One of the features of the shopee game is the planting shop. Features such as cropping shops are considered by consumers to be more interactive and not boring. In the shopee planting game there are two possibilities, the first is that the user gets benefits in the form of prizes from what is planted. Second, the user feels at a loss if the planting of this crop doesn't produce results. The method used in this study uses a type of empirical legal research using a qualitative approach, which aims to make a systematic, actual and accurate description of the facts, characteristics and relationships between the phenomena investigated and then draw conclusions. The results of the research regarding "Game Analysis with Prizes on the Shopee Planting Feature from the Fiqh Muamalah Perspective (Case Study of IAIN Madura Students)" namely that it has fulfilled the pillars and requirements of the ju'alah contract. However, in the shopee game, planting savings and coins that are lost when the plant dies contains elements of maisir and gharar. Because there is a bet on property or material and there is an element of ambiguity in obtaining the prize
