Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of buying and selling contracts carried out by tobacco collectors, especially in Karang Penang Village, Sampang Regency. Apart from that, it aims to look at the principles of buying and selling contracts applied by these tobacco collectors. This research uses a qualitative case study approach, which is carried out in depth using interview analysis techniques, observation and documentation to search for concrete (real) data material. The results of this research are The Islamic principle is still maintained by tobacco collectors as tobacco producers from farmers in terms of divinity, honesty, justice, benefits, and willingness. While the contract used by tobacco collectors in Karang Penang Village is the Bay Muzâyadah contract (Auction Sale and Purchase), namely, the majority of transactions used by sellers and buyers are by giving the highest price when making a transaction.
