Abstract

Salt cultivation in Disanah Village has become an important pillar in the local economy, making a significant contribution to increasing salt production and community welfare. This article analyzes the impact of salt cultivation on production and the village economy, as well as the challenges faced in its development. Research shows that salt production has increased by 30% in the last five years, thanks to the implementation of simple technology and better management. In addition, people's per capita income increased by 15%, creating new jobs and encouraging the development of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). However, challenges such as climate change and access to modern technology remain obstacles. Therefore, a development strategy is needed that includes training, access to capital, and a better marketing system to ensure the sustainability and increase of salt production in Disanah Village.
