Abstrak

Maqasid al-syari'ah is a matter that gets special attention in Islam. Islamic law carried out aims to maintain maqasid al-shari'ah. All actions that disrupt the existence of maqasid al-shari'ah are usually something that destroys the peace of society. If there is no maqasid al-shari'ah then maybe there is no Islamic law enforced. A transaction of position (in a state official) is part of corruption. While corruption is one of the actions that oppose the achievement of maqasid al- shari'ah. The transaction of position will damage the bureaucratic, cancel the better quality by others who hase the right to hold office. This article talking about A transaction of position (in a state official) from the perspective of maqasid al-shari'ah.
