Total quality management become a reference in educational institutionsbased quality of process, service, human resources and results. Management thereare several things to explain, such as: Planning, organizing, directing andControlling. Pesantren with all the excellences, as yet still relevant to be used asreference as educational management. Therefore, it becomes interesting to beexplored of the management aspect, managerial organizational management andlearning process.AbstrakManajemen mutu terpadu menjadi acuan dalam pengelolaan lembagapendidikan yang berbasis kualitas dalam seluruh proses, layanan,keberadaan SDM serta hasilnya. Dalam manajemen ada beberapa hal yangperlu di perhatikan, semisal: Perencanaan (planning), Pengorganisasion(organizing), Penggerakan (directing), Pengawasan (Controling). Pesantrendengan seluruh nilai-nilai keunggulan yang jarang dimiliki oleh lembagapendidikan lainnya, sampai saat ini tetap relevan untuk dijadikan referensidalam pengelolaan pendidikan. Oleh karenanya, menjadi menarik untukditelaah dalam aspek pengelolaanya, baik pengelolaan dalam bidangmanajerial organisasi, maupun pengelolaan dalam bidangpengorganisasian proses belajar-mengajar yang ada di dalamnya.References
