Strategic implementation is carried out through organizational restructuring, program socialization, and implementation of academic and non-academic programs. The principal provides motivation and supervises teaching. Strategic monitoring is carried out continuously by the school principal. Strategic evaluation is carried out through meetings involving the principal and deputy principal of the school. The results of the analysis become material for reflection and improvement in the future to achieve long-term goals.References
