PENGARUH PROGRAM AKSELERASI BACA TULIS AL-QUR'AN TERHADAP TINGKAT KEMAMPUAN MEMBACA AL-QUR'AN PESERTA DIDIK MTs DARUSSALAM TAMAN - SIDOARJO

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between the BTQ acceleration program on the level of Qur'an reading ability of students in MTs. Darussalam Taman-Sidoarjo. The method used in this study is quantitative with a type of descriptive research whose data collection is in the form of documentation, questionnaires, and oral tests. As for data analysis, it uses the percentage formula and product moment. The population in this study was all grade VIII MTs. Darussalam Taman-Sidoarjo students as many as 120 students and sampling was carried out with a purposive sampling procedure of 25% of the total population of 30 students.

            Overall, the results of this study show that the BTQ acceleration program at MTs. Darussalam Taman-Sidoarjo is classified as "Good" with an average score of 61.67%. Meanwhile, the ability to read the Qur'an of MTs. Darussalam Taman-Sidoarjo students is said to be "Good" which is shown by obtaining a score of 80%. And the BTQ acceleration program affects the level of reading ability of the Qur'an of MTs students. Darussalam Taman-Sidoarjo with a calculated value of 0.620 in the range of 0.41-0.70 so that there is an "Medium (Quite High)" influence.
