In the era of Society 5.0, digital transformation has significantly changed the landscape of education. Amidst the rapid flow of information and technological complexity, literacy has become the key to facing future challenges. The implementation of GLS at Nurul Falah Islamic Junior High School was carried out in stages. This was considered in accordance with the conditions and readiness of the school. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, which is an activity carried out to solve a problem by providing an overview of the problem or information. The data collection methods used were interviews, observation, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique, as proposed by Miles and Huberman, included data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. In general, literacy can be defined as an individual's ability to process and understand information when reading or writing. Rapid technological developments have brought humanity into a new era known as Society 5.0, a concept of society that integrates advanced technology into all aspects of life. Digital transformation in the Society 5.0 era requires an increase in the literacy of students at Nurul Falah Islamic Junior High School to face the challenges of technological and information complexity. Although literacy in Indonesia is still relatively low, through the School Literacy Movement (GLS) and the involvement of Community Service Lecture (KPM) students, the school has succeeded in fostering students' interest in reading and increasing awareness of the importance of digital literacy.Downloads
