Abstrak

Research was conducted to determine the implementation of the Payroll and Employee Reward System at the Al-Kautsar Shop, Karang Durin Islamic Boarding School, aimed at evaluating and understanding the payroll mechanism and reward system implemented at the Al-Kautsar Shop. In this research, the focus of the research is the implementation of the employee payroll and reward system at the Al-Kautsar Shop, Karang Durin Islamic boarding school. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of the employee payroll and reward system at the Al-Kautsar Shop, Karang Durin Islamic boarding school. This research uses descriptive qualitative research, data collection is carried out by interviews, observation and documentation. The method used in this research is the triangulation method of comparing information or data with different methods. The results of this research refer to employee attendance and attendance data that have been summarized, which is the basis for determining the amount of salary and form of reward given. The payroll system implemented in Al-Kautsar Store focuses on employee attendance, where each employee is expected to meet predetermined attendance targets. Rewards are given as a form of appreciation for employee performance based not only on attendance, but also on their contribution to achieving store goals. Thus, it is hoped that this research can provide recommendations for increasing employee motivation and performance through a more effective salary and reward system.
