Pendampingan Pengolahan Makanan Berbahan Dasar Bayam yang Bernilai Jual Tinggi (Studi Di Dusun Bendungan, Desa Jungkarang, Kecamatan Jrengik, Kabupaten Sampang)

Abstrak

Dam Hamlet, Jungkarang Village, Jrengik District, Sampang Regency is one of the hamlets that has good natural resources, but when viewed from the utilization and management which is still minimal, not many people have businesses even though they have good natural resources. After analyzing the existing economy in the community, the authors found problems. In Bendungan hamlet, the majority of the population work as farmers, but it is very unfortunate, the lack of management of agricultural products which are only sold raw, not produced into food for business. One of the efforts to empower existing natural products is to provide assistance in the use of natural products to one of the Bendungan hamlet communities who have spinach fields around their homes. So that one of the focuses of Community Service Lecture (KPM) activities is by providing assistance to one of the Bendungan hamlet communities. This assistance is beneficial for spinach land owners and can be said to be successful when continuing in economic creativity through the assistance that has been carried out.
