Pembatalan Sepihak Oleh Konsumen Pada Jasa Gojek Di Pamekasan Jawa Timur Perspektif Kompilasi Hukum Ekonomi Syariah (KHES)

Abstract

Online transportation is an example of application-based technology development which was welcomed quite well at its inception because it is considered one of the best innovations at the moment, one of the online transportation that is currently emerging, namely go-jek. But the job of being a gojek driver is not easy where there are consumers who disappear or cannot be contacted while the contract has been made, causing losses to the gojek drivers in financing something that has been ordered such as food. Whereas in the compilation of sharia economic law (KHES) Article 311 reads Ijarah money must be paid by the musta'jir even though ma'jur is not used. This research method uses a qualitative approach with the type of Empirical Law research. There are two sources of data for this research, namely primary data in the form of Gojek drivers and consumers while secondary data in the form of books and theses.
