IMPLEMENTASI TEKNIK BRAINSTORMING UNTUK MENGANALISIS MASALAH KEDISIPLINAN SISWA MA AS’ADIYAH KRATON PASURUAN

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis masalah kedisiplinan siswa baik berupa faktor penyebab rendahnya kedisiplinan, hambatan yang dialami dalam mendisiplinkan siswa, maupun kebijakan yang telah diimplementasikan untuk mengatasi masalah kedisplinan siswa MA As’adiyah Kramat, Kraton, Pasuruan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi serta implementasi teknik brainstorming. Subjek penelitian adalah guru dan siswa MA As’adiyah Kraton. Hasil penelitian 1) Beberapa faktor penyebab rendahnya kedisiplinan siswa; kurangnya pendekatan dan pengawasan terhadap siswa, guru kurang ramah dan kurang inovatif, sarana dan prasarana yang kurang memadai, kegiatan yang padat, pengaruh lingkungan serta pergaulan. 2) Hambatan mendisiplinkan siswa a). Siswa: siswa tidak paham dan meremehkan peraturan, b). Guru: guru khawatir mengenai dampak dari sanksi pelanggaran kedisiplinan c). Pengurus: kurangnya komunikasi antara lembaga dan pondok pesantren. 3) Kebijakan yang telah diterapkan; pemberian sanksi, koordinasi dengan pengurus pondok pesantren, homevisit.
